Marvel Rivals
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
PHASE 1: POOL PLAY
- 8 teams are sorted into 2 “pools” of 4. Each team will play every other pool participant once.
- The top 2 teams based on pool standings will advance to a Single Elimination bracket.
PHASE 2: FINAL FOUR
- 4 teams are sorted into a Single Elimination bracket following traditional seeding rules.
- The bracket will play out until a winner is decided in Round 2.
- There will be no 3rd-place match.
RULES
ROSTER & SUBS
- Minimum 6 players per team. All matches played on event PCs (Marvel IDs).
- Substitutions only BETWEEN maps — no mid-match subs.
- All rostered players must check in with event staff before Stage 1.
MAP ROTATION
- Order: Convoy → Domination → Convergence → Domination → Convoy.
- For a Best-of-3 series, follow the first 3 maps.
- Convoy: Tokyo 2099, Yggsgard, Eternal Night, Hellfire Gala.
- Domination: Hyddra Base, Wakanda, Krakoa, Klyntar.
- Convergence: Klyntar, Eternal Night – Central Park, Hall of Djalia.
- Each map only once per series. Loser picks next; winner picks side.
COMPETITIVE INTEGRITY
- Main accounts only. No smurfs or alts.
- Any in-game TOS violation = immediate ineligibility from event.
- Glitch / bug exploitation = match forfeit + escalation.
- Teaming or collusion with another team — any org, any affiliation — = automatic DQ for BOTH teams.
- New heroes / maps auto-banned 2 weeks after release.
LOBBY & SETTINGS
- Tournament Room (NOT Casual). Spectator Access: No Spectating.
- Ban/Pick: Tournament (Basic). Format: 3 (5 in Grand Finals).
- Map Pick: Team A picks first; loser picks subsequent.
- Pause Permissions: Player and Coach.
- Home team in bracket = higher seed. In Pool, home is assigned by staff.

- Mid-map role swaps permitted — no role restrictions in MR.
- No subs swapped in mid-match.

Rocket League

MATCH SETUP
- Mode: Private Match (Soccer). No Mutators. No Bots.
- 5-minute matches. Ties continue into overtime until resolved.
- All cars permitted; no restrictions on body, decals, or boost.
- Home team in bracket = higher seed (Pool A #1, Pool B #1, etc.).
- In Pool Play, home team is assigned by event staff at start of round.
- Home team creates the private match and reports the code to staff.
SERIES FORMAT
- Pool Play: Best of 3, round robin within pool (3 matches).
- Bracket Semifinals: Best of 5, single elimination.

Minecraft Bedwars
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
PHASE 1: POOL PLAY
- 16 teams are sorted into “pools”. Each team will play every other pool participant once in Arena Round Robin format.
- The top 4 teams based on pool standings will advance to a Single Elimination bracket.
PHASE 2: FINAL FOUR
- 4 teams are sorted into Arena Finals.
- Teams will play drops, accruing leaderboard points after each drop.
- Highest point value wins at the end of Finals.
RULES
FORMAT
- 4-player squads. 16 teams. 4 squads per match (4v4v4v4). All matches on event PCs.
- Played on VHEL’s dedicated Minecraft server.
- All 6 pool rounds played Saturday, then Sunday Finals on the Fortress.
- All rostered players must check in with event staff before Day 1.
